How do you improve your spiritual life? I improve my spiritual life by surrounding myself with people who also want to deepen their relationship with God, reading the Bible and, spending time in prayer, and participating in the sacraments.
Bible study tips! Journal Bibles are really helpful because they have lines to write thoughts, summaries, and reactions off to the side of each chapter/verse, but sticky notes work, too. Also, Hallow has tons of guided bible readings and meditations, which are a great help when reading the bible.

What else are you involved in at Helias? I have been on the varsity tennis team for four years and have also managed boys’ tennis. IEpsilon Beta, and I am a member of National Honor Society. I also participate in the spring musicals with my friends every year.
